With 24 modern injection moulding machines from Arburg and Battenfeld, we manufacture precision components for the most varied applications in 3-shift operation.
Our modern machines are capable of an injection shot weight of 1g up to 2.8 kg with clamping forces of 250 kN up to 5,700 kN. - small and medium-sized batches can thus be produced just as efficiently as large, industrial production runs.
Special requirements are carried out on the 2-component injection moulding machine which manufactures parts from two different plastics in one single process. Practically all technical plastics are commonly processed in our works.
